1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of CopyStrategyPro, located at Carrer del Marques del Turia 15, 46005 Valencia, Spain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services, deliverables, and communications between CopyStrategyPro and the client.
2. Scope of Services
All services are defined in the individual project proposal or order confirmation. CopyStrategyPro delivers strategic marketing content, thought leadership articles, commercial messaging, and related copywriting services. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a separate written agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified in the project proposal. A 50% advance payment is required before work commences on engagements exceeding €1,000. Late payments accrue interest at a rate of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables become the exclusive property of the client. CopyStrategyPro retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client explicitly objects in writing prior to project commencement.
5. Revisions
Each service package includes up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75 per round. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of deliverable receipt.
6. Confidentiality
CopyStrategyPro treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose project details, business strategies, or proprietary content to any third party without explicit written consent, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
7. Limitation of Liability
CopyStrategyPro's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
1. Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the initial deliverable. CopyStrategyPro, located at Carrer del Marques del Turia 15, 46005 Valencia, Spain, evaluates each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
2. Partial Refunds
If work has commenced but the project has not been completed, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the work not yet delivered. The advance payment is non-refundable once work has begun and the first deliverable has been provided.
3. Full Refunds
A full refund (minus the 50% advance payment) is available only if no deliverables have been provided and the cancellation request is received within 48 hours of the initial payment. After this period, the advance payment is non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: (a) advance payments for commenced work; (b) completed and delivered work that meets the agreed specifications; (c) revision rounds beyond the included allowance; (d) third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. CopyStrategyPro will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
6. Disputes
If a refund dispute cannot be resolved directly, either party may seek mediation through the Valencia Chamber of Commerce or initiate proceedings in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
All policies are effective as of January 1, 2026 and apply to CopyStrategyPro, Carrer del Marques del Turia 15, 46005 Valencia, Spain.
